產品描述
MR-GFP報告基因是自主研發的用于檢測MR轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。MR(mineralocorticoid receptor)是核受體家族的一員，通過**信號的傳遞和激活醛固醇靶基因的表達，調節多種生理病理反應。
MR-GFP報告基因主要應用于Mineralocorticoid Receptor信號通路、**研究、相關基因的調控和功能的研究。
pGMMR-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個MR結合位點，可以高效地檢測MR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得MR-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。MR (Mineralocorticoid Receptor) GFP Reporter Plasmid MR-GFP報告基因質粒
