p53熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（p53 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發的用于檢測p53轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。p53是一個重要的**基因使癌細胞**，防止癌變；還具有幫助細胞基因修復缺陷的功能。
p53報告基因主要應用于以p53為靶點的新型抗腫瘤化合物的篩選以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMp53-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個p53結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測p53的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得p53報告基因質粒更易于轉染。p53 luciferase reporter plasmid （p53-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒）

使用說明
pGMp53-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
