Pax6熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（Pax6 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發的用于檢測Pax6轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。Pax6(Paired box gene 6)基因主要對眼部發育、嗅覺、中央神經發育和胰腺發育具有調節作用。Pax6的突變會導致眼部虹膜組織發育異常,產生罕見的家族性先天性無虹膜**。

Pax6報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中Pax6的轉錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMPax6-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個Pax6結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測Pax6的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得Pax6報告基因質粒更易于轉染。Pax6 luciferase reporter plasmid （Pax6-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒）

使用說明

1.          pGMPax6-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
