		The antibody neutralizes the antiviral effect of gamma interferon but does not affect the activities of murine alpha and beta interferon or rat or human gamma interferon.
	
	
		The antibody also neutralizes the ability of lymphokine preparations to induce tumoricidal activity in murine macrophages.
	
	
		30 ng of R4-6A2 antibody neutralizes the antiviral activity of 10 units of murine gamma interferon.

		Propagation: R4-6A2細胞ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
